Amanda

Amanda started dancing at the age of 3 taking classes in tap, jazz, ballet, and lyrical. At Youngstown State University she was introduced to modern and contemporary dance. In 2008 she was both a choreographer and performer in the YSU Dance Troupe’s Spring Showcase. Amanda continued her dance studies at NKU, graduating with a degree in Theater and minor in Dance. In 2018 she discovered aerial and pole dance. Amanda had found a new style that made her feel strong and empowered. Along with it, came a new positive and loving community of like-minded women.

Tiffany

Tiffany completed her Yoga teacher certification in 2016 and then started pole dancing shortly after in 2017. She started training contortion in 2019 to cross train for those bendy pole tricks but contortion quickly became an addiction.

In each of her training sessions, she’s constantly in awe with what the human body can do and celebrates her achievements, big or small- and some days just for showing up. She’s excited to serve as a guide and cheerleader for your flexibility journey.

Coloma

Coloma got her 200hr Yoga Certification in Bali and completed her 300hr in California. She has shared this ancient practice in Bali, Barcelona, and Los Angeles.

Her passion for the body-mind connection grew during her degree in Psychology. This is why she enrolled in a MS in Neuroscience, to expand her knowledge within the field. She has been leading events and Yoga retreats for companies, as well as teaching Mindfulness, for 6 years now.

Nearly a year ago, she discovered pole-dancing and since the very first moment, she loved how it deepened the connection with her body and feminine side. She enjoys sharing this Art so more individuals both can tap into their creative side and embrace self-confidence, by being themselves as they dance.
